As part of this online consultation, there will be two opportunities to chat directly with members of the project team.
During these sessions, you can ask questions, share your views, and get more information about the proposals.
When is the live chat?
The chat will be available at the following times:
- Thursday 26 March 2026 - 7:00pm to 8:00pm
- Tuesday 28 April 2026 - 7:00pm to 8:00pm
How does it work?
At the times listed above, a chat window will appear on this website.
You can type your questions into the chat box and a member of the project team will reply. There is no need to book or register in advance.
Do I have to take part?
No. Taking part in the live chat is optional.
If you cannot attend, you can still send us your comments using the feedback form or contact details provided elsewhere on this website.

They are not formal comments to the planning authority. There will be a separate opportunity to make formal representations if an application is submitted.
